Local coffee records
Your saved coffee plan and brew journal use local browser storage. Signing in does not upload or synchronise them. The coffee plan is sent with an enquiry only if you explicitly choose to include it. Brew journal entries are not attached to enquiries.
Account and enquiry information
Registration stores your name, email and salted password hash. Enquiries store the contact details, topic, reference, message and any coffee plan you choose to attach, along with status and submission time. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive information about children.
Sessions and payments
An HTTP-only session cookie maintains sign-in for up to seven days. Account-linked enquiries and assigned order invoices are restricted to that account. The payment provider handles card information. This site records payment references and status.
Purpose and retention
Submitted information supports account access, responding to enquiries and handling separately agreed orders. Retention depends on the enquiry, order and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us with a relevant reference about access, correction or deletion.
Local controls
Clear local notes through the footer control or your browser settings. Downloaded notes are readable files. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are included.
